Pax Autocratica Elysia Walkthrough

A pax autocratica elysia walkthrough is a loop, not a single mission. After 4 Titanite, the Command Center, and the Barracks, you board the shuttle and open Elysia, the first named sector in the Tyris system. The first trip is scouting. The sector is a map of destinations, not one continuous battlefield. Push while the run is efficient, return before greed eats the haul, turn loot into a permanent bottleneck fix, then leave with one objective.

Steam’s store copy never prints Expedition Progress thresholds or Decisive Battle order. Those steps come from player expeditions in Early Access. Farm articles that tell you to clear every icon, or that invent a second faction meta for “Outlaws of Alysia,” are describing a different game.

This page starts once the opening base can launch. If you still need Titanite and Barracks, use the beginner guide.

How a pax autocratica elysia run is supposed to move

Player write-ups of a full first-sector clear agree on this order:

  1. First expedition with a usable gun and a companion if you have one.
  2. Open the map. Pick up space resources. Nearby Scourgeborn outposts appear. Do not treat every new icon as an order.
  3. Watch Expedition Progress and Enemy Strength together.
  4. Return when the next fight is costing more than the run is likely to pay.
  5. Fix the bottleneck the last trip created — Prison, hours, haul, food — then leave again.
  6. Hit 100% Expedition Progress and unlock the first Decisive Battle.
  7. Clear it, usually bank Second Chance, State-Issued at the Armor Workshop, restock, then start a new progress bar.
  8. Clear the second Decisive Battle. That still does not secure Elysia. The interstellar route stays blocked. An August 2026 recording then hears that sector overlord coordinates have been locked.
  9. Defeat sector overlord MEC-KONG 7X. Then Elysia is secured.

Companion names A20 versus Mirrorless and Camila were not checked in the same save. Take someone if combat feels scary. Leave them home if the colony cannot spare a locked post. That trade is citizens vs army.

Read both bars

Expedition Progress is how far this sector cycle has gone. 100% unlocks a Decisive Battle. It does not lock Return to Base. One player screenshot showed Progress 100%, Enemy Strength Lv.5, and Return still available. Treat that as a checkpoint, not a dare.

Enemy Strength is how expensive later fights become as you walk the map. Extra optional nodes raise it. A pax autocratica elysia walkthrough that only stares at the percentage will send you into a gate already bleeding.

Return when several of these stack:

  • normal fights start eating heals, not just ammo
  • the companion is about to stop being an advantage
  • you already carry captives or resources that will change the base
  • Enemy Strength climbed and the next icon is optional
  • you are still out because the map looks unfinished

Defeat can send you home with only part of the haul. If you already have something worth banking, voluntary return is often the cheaper trade.

A 2025 Prologue-era Steam thread told people to visit a rest planet and a logistics planet before the boss so a wipe only risked equipped gear. Early Access player notes for this sector emphasize Return to Base instead. Do not copy ship names or an 11-soldier cap from that demo thread into a 2026 save. If your live map still labels rest or logistics stops, use the in-game tooltip. If it does not, bank at home.

Decisive Battles are gates, not farming nodes

Ordinary combat nodes are optional if the reward is not worth the blood. A Decisive Battle is how the sector moves. Once its coordinates lock, stop spending heals on junk icons.

Winning the first Decisive Battle does not finish Elysia. The useful unlock in player notes is Second Chance, State-Issued, crafted at the Armor Workshop. That insurance is worth more than another optional building because the next stretch is harder. Most clears then return, restock, and start the next Expedition Progress cycle instead of chaining the second gate on an empty kit.

The second Decisive Battle is another milestone. After it, remaining Scourgeborn still block the way out. The last combat gate is the overlord. Details of Gatling pressure, grenades, and when to refuse the arena sit on MEC-KONG. Steam discussions in late August 2026 also report crashes on a first endboss mission. That is a bug report, not a tactic. If the client dies at the gate, verify files and wait for a Frontline note; do not invent a “stand here” fix from a farm crash article.

Cores and captives are tools, not the route

Core Fragments make this expedition stronger and reset when you return. Pick for the gun in your hands. Do not reroute the whole map for a perfect set you are about to bank. The two-layer rules live on core fragments. How to choose a gun without a fake ladder lives on best weapons.

Capture Rounds belong on targets you can name. Press F. Hold F to change type. Stop if keeping the enemy alive is about to wipe the run. Cells and conversion are a home problem; see prisoners.

Ship Yard research that lets expeditions take more people shows up in mid-opening player talk. It is not the first blueprint. Barracks still comes first. A Prologue post that listed starter-ship troop slots is history until an Early Access save photographs the same names.

After Elysia is secured

Boss Victory on MEC-KONG 7X completes unification. The game then warns that the next sector is harder and points at a Soldier Training Center. Return. Keep the soldiers you actually want. Research the training center. Spend surplus people into a core squad. Fix food, Unified Labor hours, and haul that you ignored during the last push. Then leave with a new objective.

A pax autocratica elysia walkthrough that tries to finish the sector in one shuttle ride is teaching the failure mode. Push while it pays. Come home while the haul still exists. Convert temporary cores into permanent colony strength. The first hour is still Titanite and Barracks. Everything after that is this rhythm.
