Pax Autocratica Price
Pax Autocratica price on Steam: $29.99 US list after the 17% launch intro ended 24 August 2026. Full release will cost more; no 1.0 number.
Dieser Guide ist derzeit auf Englisch.
Abgleich mit Spielerberichten und der Steam-Seite am 17. Aug. 2026. Early-Access-Zahlen ändern sich.

The current pax autocratica price on Steam’s US catalog is $29.99. A 24 Aug 2026 store API dump showed discount_percent: 0 and final_formatted: $29.99. The 17% launch intro to $24.89 ended 24 August 2026. Videos and blogs that still overlay that discounted cart are leftover launch-week math. Always believe the checkout page on your account, not a screenshot from another country or another week.
Announced list prices in other currencies included €29.99, £24.99, and ¥108. Worth A Buy quoted about £20.74 after the UK intro on a £24.99 list. That was a launch-window number. It is not the live US cart. InsertCoins on launch day said “around thirty dollars with a launch discount.” The discount half of that sentence is now history.
How the current pax autocratica price is supposed to move
The Early Access FAQ says the price will rise at full release. It does not say the 1.0 number. Avoid articles that invent a 1.0 sticker. Early Access itself is estimated at about two years, and that estimate can move. See roadmap.
No DLC was listed in the app details dump we used (dlc: None). There is no second SKU in that dump to budget for. Admiral/backer packs appear on competing FAQs; this page will not invent their contents.
Introductory 17% was a launch window, not a forever sale. Mid-August 2026 still showed it. The banner’s end date was 24 August. After that date the US list is $29.99 unless Steam shows a new campaign. This snapshot will rot. Refresh the store.
A pax autocratica price question is now “is $29.99 worth Early Access?” If you already know you want the colony-plus-shooter weld, this is the current ticket, and 1.0 will cost more by studio policy. If you are unsure, read review: Very Positive on 24 Aug 2026 (92% of 1,477 English reviews on the store badge; recommendations.total 2,626 on the same day’s appdetails dump). Repetition and ally AI are the tax. Prologue is not a free trial. Refund rules are Steam’s, not this site’s.
What you are paying for (and not paying for)
You are paying for Windows Early Access on Steam, launched 10 August 2026. Single-player. Co-op hoped during Early Access on the store FAQ; a 2025 discussion said after Early Access; no date. No Workshop. No Mac listing. Linux is not an official store platform; a community thread on unofficial Linux support is not a SKU. No announced Xbox or PlayStation version. See console and Steam Deck.
You are not paying for the Prologue as a working trial. App 4107120 showed no longer available on 17 Aug 2026 and still had no play button in later checks. Launch-week reviews that still advertise a free demo are stale. Steam’s own community pin still has to explain where the demo went. See demo.
Multiverse pledged 1% of net revenue to the Norwegian Refugee Council. That is a studio pledge from the release roundups, not a coupon. A 23 Aug 2026 community pin updated that pledge; it still is not a discount code.
Charts are not a price. A Steam Charts grab on 24 Aug 2026 showed about 1,555 playing, a 1,970 24-hour peak, an all-time peak of 6,082, and about 2,837 average over 30 days. Reviews that day were a different pile of numbers. See steam charts.
If the cart feels high because you wanted a finished co-op shooter, wait. If it feels high because farm articles promised a free prologue button, that button is gone. If it feels high because 1.0 might be cheaper later, the studio said the opposite: 1.0 rises.
Regional and “is it worth it” math without fake discounts
Your Steam country sets the settlement currency. The US API is not a worldwide law. A Canada snapshot during the intro (CDN$ 35.99 → 29.87) proved the digits move. VAT and local list rounding can make a video’s UK quote disagree with your US or CNY cart. Use checkout.
Worth-a-buy style reviews that said “yes at the UK intro” were talking about that discounted cart, plus taste: you like walking a base and then shooting, you accept Early Access. They were not a coupon stack that survived 24 August.
Skip trainer upsells that appear next to price searches. Skip MMO/PvP category pages. Skip Epic-as-confirmed-storefront claims we have not verified.
Opening the game after you pay is still 4 Titanite, Command Center, Barracks, gun in the bag, Elysia. Companion names A20 versus Mirrorless and Camila were not checked in the same save. Hours of 15, 16, and 18 are player tests. Beginner guide is the post-purchase page. After the first return, Elysia is the sector loop.
A responsible pax autocratica price summary is short: $29.99 US list on 24 Aug 2026, launch intro gone, 1.0 will cost more with no published number, your cart wins arguments. The current pax autocratica price on a foreign YouTube overlay does not. Refresh Steam before you quote it in a video.
What the sticker is not paying for
It is not paying for a finished co-op mode. It is not paying for Workshop. It is not paying for a Mac build. It is not paying for a published 1.0 day. It is paying for Windows Early Access with a satire colony and a first-person roguelite half, plus whatever Frontline ships during the estimated two years — a duration that can move.
Compare that to waiting. Waiting avoids FOMO on a sale that already ended, and also means you buy at list until a later campaign appears. Waiting for a free Prologue is waiting for a page that already showed no longer available. Waiting for a deep specialist sim is a taste call; review already split that audience.
Currency tables get copied wrong. €29.99, £24.99, and ¥108 were announced lists. UK video math at £20.74 was list minus 17% during the intro. Canada’s 35.99 → 29.87 was a local intro snapshot. VAT-inclusive storefronts will not match a US API dump. If a screenshot disagrees with your cart, the cart is the price.
No DLC row in the dump we used means we will not invent a season pass. Backer SKUs on other FAQs are not copied here without a store row.
A pax autocratica price question mixed with “is it worth 30 dollars” is really a review question with a number attached. Very Positive on 24 Aug 2026 is the crowd. Repetition and ally AI are the tax. Titanite-to-Barracks is the first hour. Pay, refund, or wait using Steam’s rules, not a farm’s coupon stack.
Family Sharing is on the store, which can matter more than a two-dollar regional gap if two people in one household already share a library. That is still not a second SKU. Cloud saves are on the store; they are not a reason the sticker should be higher.
If you are converting from a UK video, start from the live UK cart, not from a £20.74 overlay filmed in the intro week. If you are converting from CNY ¥108, still open the Chinese storefront instead of multiplying by a blog’s FX rate. Checkout is the number that counts. Quote that, date it, and stop.
Introductory 17% had an end date on the banner. After 24 August 2026 that US intro is gone; this page will not pretend it lasts. 1.0 still rises later, number unpublished. If you are buying for a friend, Family Sharing is the store feature to read, not a second discount code. Regional lists (€29.99, £24.99, ¥108) were announced; settlement still wins.
